Cutting

knife cut
precise cuttings can be produced by a guillotine cutter, rectangular with small tolerances only

Punching
- discs with diameters from 3 cm to 300 cm
- thickness from 0,7 mm up to 5,0 mm
- punchings in different shapes
- puching defines the contour of the shape, the slits, the recesses etc.

Surface

smoothness from machine-finished to very smooth
during glazing pressure and temperature compress the board, so that a smooth surface will be produced on both sides. This is mainly necessary for graphical applications

Lamination

On the outer side of the board an additional material is being applied (e.g. a bright grade of paper or cardboard).
Laminating material is being fixed by glue application.
A wide range of body- and top layers (according to customers' requirements).

Creasing

During creasing the board is being pressed into the groove of the gadget so that the board can be bended at these places without damaging the surface.

Scoring
During scoring the board is being engraved sharp-edged.
Folding lines as well as ripping lines or removal openings can be prepared in this way.

Slitting
Similar to punching, slits will be cut into the board by a knife cut. The slits conduce to the preparation for insertable separators or for the production of solid board boxes.

Single-coloured printing of logos or numbers
