Raw materials

Recycled fibre is used as raw material, which is sorted recovered paper. Solid board can be made of 100 % of these recovered secondary fibres.
According to the requirements of the produced quality, additives like starch, sizing agents, colorants or primary fibres are mixed in. To upgrade the surface among other things bonding agents, mineral pigments and wax are used.

Primary fibre is mechanical pulp, semi-chemical pulp and virgin fibre pulp. They can be added to the recycled fibre or, if extra high quality of the end product is required, they can be used as sole raw material.
